Make-A-List Monday

The Week of February 10, 2014
(in review)


1.  Work on the fourth block for
and put it into the Mock-Up.






2.  Work on eight checkerboard accent blocks for

3.  Prepare a "Kwik Krazy Quilt" as a Brody Project.

I've prepared the first 9 of 81 "Krazy" blocks.

4.  Work on the first two blocks for Wishes

5.  Work on the tenth block for the PQW Saturday Sampler.




6.  Work on some blocks for the 2013

There is a 12" and a 6" block for each design.  I used my Civil War repro stash fabric to make these blocks.  


I have now finished all 24 blocks.  The next step will be to make a variety of setting blocks and then put them all together.  



7.  Work on a few paper pieced blocks for a New York Beauty quilt I am making.

No progress.



8.  Work on a block or two for Toes in the Sand, a quilt by Julie Herman of Jaybird Quilts.

No progress.


9.  Work on three Desk Deli Totes, designed by Penny Sturges for Quilts Illustrated, for future gifts.

No progress.



10.  Work on a few Dear Jane blocks.

No Progress.



11.  Work on the following BRODY Projects:

Four-Patch Stacked Posies...Small Print
Four-Patch Stacked Posies...Large Print
*Civil War Tribute
Two Flag of Valor Quilts
Teal & White Delight
Kwik Krazy Quilt

I was only able to work a little on my Civil War Tribute quilt.


12.  Work on the quilt currently loaded on Annie:
  Roll Roll Cotton Boll - A Bonnie Hunter Mystery Quilt.

Roll Roll Cotton Boll is finished.  Yay!!!



13.  Add some more hexies to my Bonnie Hunter inspired Christmas Hexie Quilt.

No Progress.


14.  Work on the shawl I am crocheting for 
the Prayer Shawl Ministry at St. David the King Church.

No progress.


15.  Spend a day with my Ry-Bear.


He loved the Jello Jigglers I made for him for Valentine's Day.


He was so excited to eat the yummy treat his mommy and daddy got for him.

Yum Yum!!!




The Week of February 17, 2014

1.  Work on the fifth block for

2.  Assemble the quilt center for 
Wildflower Rhapsody.

3.  Work on a few paper pieced blocks for a New York Beauty quilt I am making.


4. Work on a block or two for Toes in the Sand, a quilt by Julie Herman of Jaybird Quilts. 

5.  Work on three Desk Deli Totes, designed by Penny Sturges for Quilts Illustrated, for future gifts.

6.  Work on a few Dear Jane blocks.

7.  Bind and label "Roll Roll Cotton Boll."

8.  Begin working on a quilt called 
"Majestic Mountain" by 3 Dudes Quilting.

9.  Work on some more blocks for my 
"Just Takes 2" quilt.

10.  Work on the following BRODY Projects:

Four-Patch Stacked Posies...Small Print
Four-Patch Stacked Posies...Large Print
Civil War Tribute
Two Flag of Valor Quilts
Teal & White Delight
Kwik Krazy Quilt



11.  Work on the quilt currently loaded on Annie:
  A Quilts for Kids quilt called "Little Dominoes."

13.  Work on the shawl I am crocheting for 
the Prayer Shawl Ministry at St. David the King Church.



14.  Spend two days with my Ryder.


15.  Attend Strip Club at The Village Quilter.

  2. I do a list like that too called my Big 3 every month with 2 internet friends.
    I only make 3 pretty decent size projects my priority each month and leave time open to do some fun things...seems to de stress me a little...

    I see you too are in NJ. What shop do you get your fabric in?
