Make-A-List Monday October/November 2016

October
(in review)

1.  Piece, quilt, bind and label at least one "Quilts for Kids" quilt.  Attend the Quilts for Kids workshop at Pennington Quilt Works.

2.  Attend Saturday Sampler at Pennington Quilt Works

In my crazy life I somehow completely forgot to go to Saturday Sampler this month.  I made a special trip to Pennington Quilt Works to get my block only to discover, when I got home, that I picked up the wrong block.  I guess I will just have to do two blocks next month.

3.  Continue working on 'Round the Stars quilt made with my Dear Jane scraps

Progress but not complete yet.  All blocks are done and I am currently working on sashing and corner squares.

4.  Julie Herman's Toes in the Sand quilt

Two more blocks complete.

5.  Civil War Tribute

All blocks are now complete.  I am starting to work on the half square triangle border.

   6.  Snacktime

Snacktime quilt top is complete.  I will square the top after it is quilted.

  7.  I Spy Treasure

Snack Time

We have really enjoyed having our son, Kyle, and his family living with us for a few months.  They will soon be moving into their new home and we will miss them terribly.  The good news is, they will only be 15 minutes away, so we can visit with each other often.

Until Next Time.....Happy Stitching!!!
