Awesome Adventures with Ryder and Logan - November 2016

Awesome Adventures with
Ryder & Logan
November 2016

The month of November found Ryder and Logan
(and their mom & dad)
still living with us as they awaited their new house to be available.

We were blessed to have them and our entire family together for Thanksgiving.  I cherish these times as they become few and far between.

Our adventures...

We had a lot of fun enjoying the fall weather:

Library Fun...

Fun with Counting & Measurement at the library...

Music time at the library is a blast...

We've been busy working our way through the
Disney Princess Cookbook

So far we have made
Abu's Monkey Bread:

Magic Carpet Roll-Ups:

Under the Sea Sand Dollar Crackers:

Sea Turtle Cupcakes:

We can't wait to try more recipes in the cookbook!

I took a nasty fall down 14 steps in our house and Ryder made me this sweet picture:

Ryder loves doing things with his daddy such as going to hockey games:

And making Pez Parades:

Logan and I enjoyed a yummy lunch at McDonalds:

Thanksgiving was extra special this year because we could all be together.  The boys loved the delicious meal that GG made:

And Ryder dreamed of the promise of Christmas under the tree that he helped Grandad to decorate:

As I write this post, my wonderful son, Kyle, and his family are beginning to settle into their new home.
Our December Awesome Adventures will be split between our home and their new home because they did not move in until 12/11/16.

As soon as Christmas is over I should be able to get back to my quilting.  These past 3 1/2 months have been filled with so much love and memories, and very little quilting.  Certainly a trade-off I would do over again in a heart beat.

Until Next Time...Happy Stitching!!!
