Make-A-List Monday

The Week of November 4, 2013
(in review)

1.  Work on the next clue for the
Heather Spence of Heather Spence Designs

I did not receive this clue until yesterday so I was unable to complete it.  This is the last clue for this mystery quilt.

2.  Work on Back to Square One Medallion Mystery offered by Judy Laquidara of Patchwork Times.

I've spent most of my sewing time this past week working on this project.

I have two more borders to add and then I will be on schedule for this quilt-along mystery.

3.  Work on a few more Wildflower Rhapsody blocks.

Two more very pretty blocks completed.

4.  Add a binding and label to Winter Retreat.

Winter Retreat is machine bound and labeled.  Now to be hand tacked.....

5.  Review my Christmas Control Journal.  A sample CCJ can be found HERE.  I've been following many of the principles of Flylady for years.  This website has helped me tremendously with organization.

I have reviewed my CCJ and did my first round of grocery shopping for non-perishables.

6.  Work on the next step for Pieceful Nights Quilt Along sponsored by Kelli Kramer of Jo's Country Junction.

There is only one more step for this quilt along.  I guess we will be putting it all together.

I did not have time to work on this.

8.  Work on a quilt called Majestic Mountain by 3 Dudes Quilting.

I did not have time to work on this.

9.  Piece a backing for Slice Twice - Isn't That Nice and prepare it for quilting.

I was able to exchange the defective fabric but I did not have time to piece the backing.

10.  Work on the January 2012 Strip Club Quilt.

I did not have time to work on this.

11.  Spend a day with little Ryder.

Grammy and I went on a field trip to the library.

I liked looking at the computers.

We went to a music class with Mrs. Amira.

We played with balloons.  I hope it doesn't pop!!!

I liked playing with the musical instruments.

I helped Mrs. Amira clean up.

Then she gave me some Goldfish to eat.  Yum Yum!!

Thank you Mrs. Amira.

Thank you Grammy for taking me to the library.

12.  Work on the following BRODY Projects:

13.  Work on the quilt currently loaded on Annie - Monticello

I finished Monticello and In A Snap.  Now I will have to bind them.

14.  Add some more hexies to my Bonnie Hunter inspired
 Christmas Hexie Quilt.

No hexies added this week.

15.  Work on the shawl I am crocheting for
the Prayer Shawl Ministry at St. David the King Church.

I finished the shawl I was working on and I started another.  It is exactly the same as the one I just completed.
