Awesome Adventures with Ryder, Logan & Jace - October 2017

Awesome Adventures with
Ryder, Logan & Jace
October 2017

We were so lucky that the month of October brought us more warm weather so we were able to get outside a lot!

The beautiful October sky!

 Jace loves the swing.

Ryder and Logan love to hike...

especially if they have strawberry lollipops!

The rice bucket and sand box are two of Logan's favorite things to do.

Jace perfected his standing skills during October...

But he was not quite crawling yet when this video was taken in the beginning of the month.

While Ryder had lots of FUN on the soccer field.

Brotherly Love <3

The many faces of our little Logan...

Ryder enjoyed a school trip to the pumpkin patch,

and he enjoyed helping Mimi make homemade chocolate pudding.

Ryder and Logan "perfected" bicycle riding
without training wheels in October.

Our sweet little Jace is always smiling!

He turned 8 months old on October 16th.

LOTS of playground time in October:

Logan is always making friends.

A trip to the pumpkin patch is a must during the month of October:

Hmmmmm...Juicy!

The zoo is a wonderful place to visit in the fall - not too hot and not too cold.

Even though "having fun" was our main objective this month, the older boys took some time to work on writing, math and fine motor skills:

We celebrated my birthday and Heather's birthday this month...

Logan practiced his photography skills:

He only chopped off a few heads :)

Heather used the timer feature on her camera so that we could get a group picture;

We were missing JT and Kaela.  They were stuck in Alabama when American Airlines cancelled their flight.  They went to the Alabama vs Tennessee football game.  They had to rent a car to drive to Atlanta.  From Atlanta they got a flight to Chicago and then another to Philadelphia.  They didn't get home until 1:00 in the morning when they were supposed to get in around 1:00 in the afternoon.  UGH!

By the end of the month the mornings got VERY cold on the walk to the bus stop.

Cold enough to turn your nose red and bring tears to your eyes.

We went to the Halloween Parade and Festival toward the end of the month sponsored by the township recreation department.

YAY!!  JT and Kaela were able to come to this event after their rough time the weekend before.

We ended the month of October with Trick-or-Treating...

What a wonderful month we had with our three sweet little grandsons.  I can't wait to share all the fun things from the month of November.  Look for that blog post soon :)

Until next time.....Happy Stitching!!!
