The month of APRIL was busy, busy, busy!
The weather in NJ is finally starting to feel warm but there has not been a whole lot of sun.
We enjoyed the sun when we could...
This was one of the most beautiful sunsets I had ever seen. I took this picture in
Kyle and Heather's neighborhood.
My hubby and I were treated by our DD Shea and future DSIL Ricky to a trip to NYC to see The Lion King.
We LOVED the show!!!
We celebrated Easter in April. I will have lots of pictures in my next Awesome Adventures post but I wanted to share a picture of these beautiful flowers I received from JT and Kaela:
And speaking of my son, JT...he was honored by the Philadelphia Business Journal when he was named one of their Millennials to Watch in Banking.
JT also led a panel discussion on
Leadership Development Through Sports
hosted by his alma mater -
The University of Pennsylvania and the Wharton Undergraduate Sports Business Club.
JT played two sports at Penn - Football & Baseball. I believe he credits much of his success in his career to his experience playing collegiate sports.
I have taken up a new hobby in the month of April.
I have become a "Planner Babe." Haha!
I purchased a Happy Planner from Michaels. I have been having so much fun planning my weeks and decorating my planner.
Here are a few of my most recent weekly spreads:
I plan my appointment, errands, special events and cleaning schedule. I get to play with colors and LOTS of STICKERS!! What is not to like?
This has not been a very productive month with my Quilting List. I really only have a few pictures to share. I'm hoping that May will bring more time to quilt.
