Make-A-List Monday January/February 2021

                

The cold month of January is coming to a close with a seasonal snowstorm.  My older grandsons are on their way to our house for Camp Snowstorm at Mimi and Grandad's House.  They will bring all the necessary paraphernalia for virtual school.  Hopefully our WIFI will hold on and they can get some school work done. If not, it looks like a lot of snowplay will be in their future.

Early in the month my hubby, Don, built and painted these pretty hexagon shelves for my studio.  

He also painted and hung these letters...

So many other things happened this month but I think, instead of discussing them here, we will jump right in to my January review.

1. Garden Party - L/E

Lots of little pieces for this leader/ender project!

2.  Pennington Quiltworks Saturday Sampler from 2014/15

Nine of the twelve blocks needed for this quilt are complete.

3.  Quilts for Kids

This is my latest quilt made to comfort a little unfortunate child.

4.  Baby Quilt for little Luca & little Caleb

Progress was made but no pictures - top secret!

5.  The Patchwork Quilt Along by The Fat Quarter Shop

                                       Six more blocks done!

6.  One Hundred Eighty-Two Day Solstice

                   This is the Halloween block I finished this month.

7.  Basketweave

This is the only block I finished for Basketweave this month.  Hopefully I will get more done in February.

8.  Quilt "The Children's Library."

               Slow but sure progress on The Children's Library quilt

9.  Diamond Painting

                             I am 21% complete on this project.

10.  Cross Stitch

                       No cross stitch finishes but lots of stitching!  

                                       17,748 new stitches!! 

                       And yes, I counted every single one of them. 

It has definitely been a productive month.  What will February bring?
