Technology is the bane of my existence. It is a constant irritant and a source of misery.
As I was preparing to write this blog post, my camera, with most of my pictures, decided to stop working.
I spent much of today trying to retake the pictures that I could. Unfortunately, many of the pictures from our most recent Awesome Adventure are gone.
I'm hoping that a local camera repair shop will be able to recover the pictures from the memory card.
In the meantime, I will persevere with the pictures that I still have.

September 2014
(in review)
1. Spend quality time with my favorite grandsons.
We were able to spend lots of time with our little guys this month.
On a recent sleepover, Ryder enjoyed saying
"Good night" to the moon with his granddad.
Although I lost most of the pictures from the Please Touch Museum, I did have a few on my phone.
2. Start to gather fabric for a commission quilt.
No progress.
3. Continue to work on three Advent calendars for my three children.
I hope my three children will have many years of fun with these Advent calendars.

4. Complete my Skill Builder Quilt top.
The original quilt pattern had twenty blocks but I decided to call it finished after twelve.
To try to make up for the deletion of eight blocks, I added a pieced border. I am very pleased with the final quilt top.

This top is almost complete. I am adding a flying geese border so that is taking a little more time. It should be done in the next few days.
